  Terrica B. Woolridge,, M. Ed.   Terrica, is a native of RVA and is passionate about her city. She is an educator, lay health promoter, Sports Backers Fitness Warrior, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Holistic Life Coach, and Reiki Master, currently working on a certificate in Behavior Change. Terrica is the owner and operator of Esoteric Wellness, where she utilizes a holistic approach to motivate others to become the best versions of themselves. As an advocate for total health and healing, Terrica helps to fight health disparities by teaching free fitness classes in her community. Terrica is also an awesome mother to her amazing 5 year old son, who is always excited to accompany her at community events throughout the city.

  Leila Saadeh, MS, ATR-BC   Leila is a board-certified art therapist and artist who lives and works in Richmond, VA. Leila is the Vice President of the Virginia Art Therapy Association and works for Richmond Public Schools and VCU Health System. Leila strives to empower women through art daily, and believes in the power of the creative arts for healing. Her ability to see people's art in an interpretive way helps her clients and the community activate different parts of one self through an alternate perspective of art making.

  Sylvia M Mallory   Through her life and her career as a creative entrepreneur,, her raison d'être has always been "when women support women, amazing things happen." She's the owner of Girl Gang Media, a virtual writers' room for women to write, develop, and pitch scripts for tv, film, streaming (RVA—Boss Babe Central).

  Kortenay Gardiner   Kortenay  moved to Richmond, Va in 2010 from Jacksonville, FL. Her roots flow from Trinidad & Tobago all the way to the northeastern US, to the Garden state of New Jersey. It is there that Kortenay attended and fell in love with Princeton University where she received her credentials in Comparative Literature. Passionate about writing, Kortenay has continued graduate studies at times to continuously expose herself to more ideas and challenges, and even starting Pegasus LLC, her own grant writing company in 2016.  Social awareness drives Kortenay to stay involved in the local communities. Her current work at Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy emphasizes an action approach to important issues.
